Neko Case is getting ever closer to releasing her new Hell-On LP, and to give it another push, she's now shared the sprawling new album track "Curse of the I-5 Corridor," complete with a cameo from Mark Lanegan.
"Curse of the I-5 Corridor" is a beautiful, sprawling piece of work, stretching out to a whopping seven minutes. Throughout, Case and Lanegan trade off lines, crafting a twisting and turning piece of ghostly roots-rock drenched in more than a little reverb.
Hear the song for yourself below, where you'll also find a little promo clip for "Curse of the I-5 Corridor." As you'll see, it has Case covering up her apparently exposed lady bits with some black-bar censors.
Hell-On arrives June 1 via Anti-. As previously reported, Case has a North American tour coming up, and you can see the dates for that here.
