Brooklyn-based the National crossed the East River last night to appear on The Late Show with David Letterman. The five-piece was joined by a string section for an impressive live rendition of "Don't Swallow the Cap."
The track comes from the band's brand new sixth record Trouble Will Find Me, which hits shelves today (May 21) via 4AD.
