Nancy Pants Announce Ontario and Quebec Tour Dates

BY Sarah MurphyPublished Jan 21, 2015

Montreal's pop-rockin' Nancy Pants recently released their debut full-length Total Nancy Pants, and they're taking the new material on the road this winter.

The lineup may look familiar to fans of Canadian indie rock, featuring Ohara Hale (Mori, Ohara), Adam Waito (Adam & the Amethysts, Silverkeys, Miracle Fortress) and Jeremy MacCuish (Parlovr, Nanimal, Smokes), but they've come together to form their own brand of "dirty pop."

The string of tour dates kicks off tonight (January 21) in Montreal, with the band rolling through Toronto on January 24 for their slot at the latest Class of 2015 show. The band will also be playing a couple of Quebec concerts in association with the Rogers Hometown Hockey Tour. Full details are listed below.

Band members Hale and Waito both moonlight as animators and have crafted a tour trailer, which — in their own words — features "weird boobies, a banana dog, and if you watch it til the end, some kind of ghoulish dudemeister." Scroll past the list of upcoming gigs to see for yourself.
