Mysterious Puppet Band Feltworth Share "You Turn Me On" Live Video

BY Sarah MurphyPublished Mar 1, 2017

Those who attended Jason Collett's Wolfe Island Winter Ball last weekend should have caught a performance by Feltworth — and while discerning fans of Canadian indie rock may be able to figure out the musicians behind the moniker, the band themselves are opting for an incognito introduction to the project thanks to some colourful stand-in puppets.

The founding concept behind the band finds successful child musicians Dezi and Manny Feltworth, Cozy Balboa and Morris Katzenburd coming together to try and make it in the serious, grown-up world of rock'n'roll.

The Feltworth brothers debuted some new material in a two-man acoustic setup at their aforementioned live appearance over the weekend (while Balboa and Katzenburd watched from the audience), and now you can see footage from that performance online.

The group are planning to release a 7-inch in the coming weeks, but you can get acquainted with a live acoustic rendition of "You Turn Me On" from way up high in the balcony of the Great Hall right now. Check it out below.
