Published Nov 30, 2015My Morning Jacket played the Beacon Theatre in New York over the weekend, wrapping up a four-night residency, and on Saturday (November 28) they took a few minutes to pay tribute to the victims of the Paris attacks by covering an Eagles of Death Metal song.
Footage of the performance has now surfaced online, and you can watch Jim James lead his band through a rendition of "I Love You All the Time." The track appeared on this year's Zipper Down, and in the hands of My Morning Jacket, it becomes a poignant and touching tribute to the horrific events that took place in Paris on November 13.
Eagles of Death Metal recently gave their first interview in the wake of the attacks, and you can watch that over here. Below, watch My Morning Jacket show their support with a live rendition of "I Love You All the Time."
