MUTEK returns to Montreal this June, offering up what is sure to be a week of exciting electronic music. The festival will run from June 1 to 5 at Quartier des spectacles and the Musée d'art contemporain (MAC), and organizers have just unveiled the first round of performers.
Francesco Tristano, Tim Hecker, Function, Powell, Flanger, Jlin and Colleen lead the bill. The rest of the roster is rounded out with Ash Koosha, ATOM™, Burnt Friedman, Dasha Rush & Stanislav Glasov, Dawn of Midi, Essaie Pas, Franck Vigroux & Kurt D'Haeseleer, Function, Galcher Lustwerk, Julia Kent, Kara-Lis Coverdale, Lakker, Local Artist, Mayan Nidam, Off World, Orphx, Paul Jebanasam & Tarik Barri, Project Pablo, Romare, Sonja Moonier and Terekke.
