In exactly two weeks, punk-leaning alt pop act the Muffs will return with a brand new album called Whoop Dee Doo. We've already heard the album's "Up and Down Around," and today we get a second taste.
"Weird Boy Next Door" is another crunchy guitar pop anthem that sounds right at home in the Muffs discography. Kim Shattuck's voice is at once gruff and sweet, as are the aggressively poppy instruments.
