The Motorleague

"Burned in Effigy" (video)

BY Gregory AdamsPublished Feb 11, 2014

While gearing up for an upcoming tour with Protest the Hero, Moncton's the Motorleague are taking a look back at a fall road trip in their new video for "Burned in Effigy."

Early on, the clip presents a montage of highway scenes shot from the band's moving van as they roll through destinations like Nova Scotia and Utah, passing fields of horses and mountain-scapes along the way. The 88-date trip is chronicled with a bunch of sticky notes detailing anything from how many packs of strings they blazed through along the way (32, just so you know), or how many bonds they made along the way ("too many friends to count," a palmed sticky note explains).

You can watch the tour-documenting visuals down below, where you'll also find the Motorleague's upcoming tour schedule.
