Mother Mother's latest album, The Sticks, arrives in stores today (September 18) via Last Gang Records, and the increasingly popular Vancouver pop rock group are celebrating the big day by announcing Canadian tour. Joining them on the outing will be fellow Vancouver export Hannah Georgas.
The trip will begin on the East Coast in November. The acts will then make their way west, eventually wrapping up with a hometown show at Vancouver's spacious Orpheum Theatre. All told, Mother Mother and Georgas have 14 dates; Exclaim! will be co-presenting all of these shows except for the first three.
Along the way, Mother Mother will doubtless be performing tracks from The Sticks. For a taste of what those songs sound like, stream the album in full right here.
Of course, Georgas will be promoting an album of her own on the tour. Her self-titled LP drops on October 2 via Dine Alone Records. As you may remember, Georgas named Mother Mother main man Ryan Guldemond as one of her guest collaborators on the album.
