Morrissey's 'Autobiography' to Be Released as Audiobook Read by Actor David Morrissey
Morrissey's Autobiography is already out in Europe via Penguin Classics, and with the U.S. edition of the tome to follow on December 3 via G.P. Putnam's Sons, we've learned of another edition of the book that will be available soon: an audiobook will be out on December 5 through Penguin Classics.

But wait, it gets better. The book will be read by none other than Walking Dead actor David Morrissey, who we're assuming was chosen primarily because he's an Englishman with the same last name as the singer.

Semi-official fan site True to You notes that the audiobook will be unabridged and will be available digitally.

In other news from True to You, Morrissey has suffered another bout of ill health. The singer reportedly suffered a concussion, whiplash and some sort of arm injury. Over the weekend (November 2), he thanked the staff at L.A.'s Cedars-Sinai Hospital for their "outstanding level of care and attention."

We're not entirely sure how he was injured, but hopefully he's now on the mend. Earlier this year, he was diagnosed with a bleeding ulcer, Barrett's esophagus and double pneumonia.
