Montreal singer-songwriter and Exclaim! Class Of alum Sasha Cay has announced the release of her debut full-length album, previewed by new single "See You Soon."

Spin arrives September 22 via Lighter Than Air. Featuring previous single "Comedy," the 10-track record follows a series of short Bandcamp releases. You can check out the full tracklisting below.

"Spin took form in two stilted and warped years, heavy with this profound seasickness of being both empty and full," Cay said in a statement. "Among other things, it is about outliving. Translating this into songs and sounds alongside my best friends in a basement is something I'll be forever grateful for and don't think I can accurately put into words, which is maybe why I write songs in the first place."

She added, "I hope it finds folks who might need something to lean on, similar to how I clung to a handful of records as I moved through (or laid very still) this time; dizzy, scared, and glad."

On its lead single, the musician takes us on a dark, distortion-drenched walk through Montreal — the city where she grew up and still lives — with her stream-of-consciousness lyrical flow delivered sombrely, refracting little glints of the streetlights in the damp pavement.
