As recently reported, Big Boi and Modest Mouse have been "camped out in the Lab" recently, working on the Pacific Northwest indie rock heroes' upcoming LP. We've yet to get the release details concerning the as-yet-untitled new album, but today we are getting a taste of some new Modest Mouse tunes.
Courtesy of TwentyFourBit and YouTube user ChiefTragedy, we can hear the new Modest Mouse songs "Poison" and "Lampshades on Fire," which the band debuted at their recent set at the Sasquatch! fest. Apparently, these are just working titles but the audio quality is definitely decent, so these are well worth checking out.
