Earlier this month, Modeselektor and Apparat's collaborative project Moderat coursed through speakers with a new single titled "Reminder." Now, that same track has been treated to some accompanying visuals.
The clip adopts a videogame-esque aesthetic to tell the story of a rebellious teenage crystal slave in a dystopian future. The drama unfolds as he attempts to deliver the sparkling goods to an ominous deity who is constantly under attack.
Dark, gritty and beautifully animated with virtual reality production tools, it's a politically charged offering to accompany the pop-tinged electro tune.
