Misfits' Michale Graves Preps Solo Album, Acting Role

Michale Graves, the man partially responsible for not letting the Misfits die, will be releasing a solo album as Halloween approaches. Illusions Live 2008/Viretta Park will feature a 17-song live set, as well as a six demos. The live songs come from his recent tour in support of his Illusions album.

At least one of the demos included, "Blackbird," will be featured in the upcoming movie Perkins 14, in which Graves acts alongside Shayla Beesley. The movie is reportedly about a man who brainwashes 14 people to act as an army to protect him from his parents' killers. However, things go wrong when Perkins winds up in jail and his army is on the loose.

Graves is currently touring throughout the United States and will be hitting the road again once the album is released.
