Country music powerhouse Miranda Leigh Lambert releases her seventh studio album and first album with producer Jay Joyce, which marks a departure from her earlier work. "It All Comes Out in the Wash" is the lead single, written by Lambert and the collective known as the Love Junkies, which sets the tone by using a lighthearted idiom about getting past circumstances.

"Locomotive" is an up-tempo honky-tonk blues that describes satisfaction with her husband, NYC police officer Brendan Mcloughlin. "White Trash" features an organ, slide acoustic guitar and heavy-hitting drums in a rags-to-riches story, while "Dark Bars" depicts a cozy hideaway in the Big Apple. The lyrics to "Dark Bars" and "Fire Escape" reveal insight into her thoughts about her new NYC stomping ground.

The Grammy Award winner writes "Mess With My Head," adding a rock'n'roll power pop chorus with a vibe akin to "Gives You Hell" by the All-American Rejects. The 2018 ACM female vocalist of the year sings "Bluebird" with the same ease she did "Oklahoma Sky" on her 2011 album Four the Record. The duet with Maren Morris, "Way Too Pretty For Prison," is written for Little Big Town's Karen Fairchild while the humorous "Pretty Bitchin'" is written with Jon Randall, co-writer for Lambert's "Tin Man" from The Weight of These Wings.

Wildcard represents courage, strength and vulnerability as Miranda tells her story. The album is a timeless snapshot that measures a moment in this superstar's life.
