Juliana Hatfield and Nada Surf's Matthew Caws have teamed up to form Minor Alps, and they've shared the song "Far from the Roses" from their album Get There.
The tune finds Hatfield and Caws singing in tight harmony over minor key guitar arpeggios, and a synth enters the fray during the sunburst pop-rock chorus. Caws ends up taking over during the stripped-down bridge before Hatfield returns for a final chorus.
Get There is due out on October 29 through Barsuk. It's available to pre-order here.
