With many fans thinking the song directly addresses her split from Liam Hemsworth, its video finds Miley literally picking up the pieces. Onscreen, the wreckage comes courtesy of a wild house party, with the singer serving more as observer than participant. As such, the clip definitely comes with a dark tone, though there are some dazzling shots in there as well.
