As we've been talking about for a while now, the Streets' Mike Skinner has been hinting that he's ready to retire. Now he's revealed that his next, and possibly last, album will be released in February 2010.

While few details have been confirmed, NME points to some videos of Skinner talking to fans, where he reveals that the album is set for a 2010 release, with the Brit saying, "We're rehearsing at the moment so I'm really busy." Once that album is out, he plans to break into the film industry.

Skinner was also in the middle of a very interesting fan contest. After tweeting it on Twitter, Skinner offered £95 to the first fan who said "Messi messed up the reds" (referring to a soccer match) to him on London Bridge. Asked why he did this strange contest, Skinner simply said it was, "because I found £100 in my pocket."
