Mike Paradinas will not only release a new album as µ-Ziq next month, but will also celebrate 25 years of Lunatic Harness, his fourth album under the moniker. To mark the occasion, the prolific electronic producer has announced an expanded anniversary reissue, arriving July 8 via Planet Mu.
The expanded reissue of Lunatic Harness will arrive in digital, 4-LP box set and 2-CD formats, bringing together the original album with EPs My Little Beautiful and Brace Yourself.
To break it down in terms of the vinyl box, discs one and two feature Lunatic Harness, while disc three collects My Little Beautiful, three unreleased tracks from the period, and a remix of "Mr. Angry." Disc four will feature the eight-song Brace Yourself EP, marking its first time back on wax since its 1998 release.
The reissue also stands as the first time Lunatic Harness has been issued on vinyl since its original release. Early pressings of the album regularly fetch three-figure prices on resale sites such as Discogs.
The set's four vinyl records come in individual, printed sleeves, all of which are housed in a rigid box with an insert collage of some of the press Paradinas received at the time.
