Miike Snow's upcoming album iii has been given a March 4 release date, and the Swedish-American pop outfit have given us a new taste of what's in store by sharing the track "Genghis Khan."
The song is a slinky electro-pop number in which bouncy beats anchor a simple arrangement of synth stabs and sexy, seductive falsetto melodies. It likens love to a conquering imperialist, as singer Andrew Wyatt coos, "I get a little bit Genghis Khan / I don't want you to get it on with nobody else but me."
