Michael Feuerstack Gets Colin Stetson for Record Store Day 7-inch, Books Canadian Tour Dates
Michael Feuerstack has abandoned his Snailhouse moniker for the upcoming album Tambourine Death Bed, but before that collection drops on May 7 through Forward Music Group, he will release a 7-inch containing a couple of non-LP songs. This single will be out for Record Store Day on April 20, and Feuerstack will follow its release with some Canadian shows.

The 7-inch includes the songs "Shadow" and "Wolves," both of which feature Canadian sax virtuoso Colin Stetson. The former is a drum machine-driven number, while the latter is a new version of a song from Snailhouse's 2012 digital EP A Sentimental Companion. "Shadow" is streaming at the bottom of this page.

The single is limited to 250 copies on clear vinyl. They are housed in a hand-screened package, each one signed by artist Nick Kuepfer.

As for Feuerstack's tour plans, he is currently playing solo acoustic dates in Europe, but he will return to Canada in May for gigs in Toronto, Ottawa and Montreal. See the schedule below.

Tour dates:

5/23 Toronto, ON - The Piston
5/25 Ottawa, ON - Raw Sugar

5/26 Montreal, QC - Casa Del Popolo
