Toronto indie rock favourites Metric have finally announced the details of their upcoming LP Synthetica, which is due out on June 12 through the band's own Metric Music International.
Despite the exciting news, we've yet to hear the new material, so their cover of Tom Waits' "Strange Weather" comes as a welcome surprise. The group stopped by the WFUV studio in New York to record a piano-driven rendition of the Waits tune and you can check it out in the video below.
