As teased last month alongside the release of Superchunk's new 7-inch single, Merge Records has now revealed the lineup for its 35th anniversary festival.

Set to take place at the historic Cat's Cradle in Carrboro, NC, this July 24 to 27, Merge 35 is the latest instalment in the series of hometown festival celebrations the revolutionary indie mecca throws every five years to commemorate its 1989 founding — the same year label co-founders Mac MacCaughan and Laura Ballance started Superchunk.

It perhaps goes without saying that Superchunk will be among the Merge artists old and new performing at this year's event, as well as Destroyer, New Pornographers, Wye Oak, Fruit Bats, Torres, the Clientele, Hiss Golden Messenger, Mary Timony, Dawn Richard & Spencer Zahn and more.

Find the full lineup of performers in alphabetical order below. Tickets for Merge 35 go on sale next Friday (February 9) at 11 a.m. ET.
