Apparently fans aren't the only ones eager to hear Run the Jewels' forthcoming LP RTJ2 remade using cat sounds, as a number of high-profile artists have agreed to help out with the pet project.

As previously reported, a Kickstarter campaign was started last month to remake the hip-hop duo's sophomore album using cat sounds, and Run the Jewels have agreed to make the hilarious idea a reality if the funds are raised.

Now, Portishead's Geoff Barrow, Just Blaze, Dan the Automator, Zola Jesus and the Alchemist have all apparently agreed to make some feline contributions to the remixed record. Baauer, Prince Paul, Boots, Nick Hook, Skywlkr and Solidified Sun have also pledged their services to the cause.
