Warpaint bassist Jenny Lee Lindberg just dropped her solo debut as Jennylee, but she's already set to show off another side-project. This time, she's paired up with Jimmy Giannopoulos, and under the moniker of Crewshade, the pair will deliver their debut album next year.

Giannopoulos is primarily known for playing alongside Lenny Kravitz's daughter Zoë Kravitz in their Brooklyn-based electro-pop project Lolawolf, though he's also involved with Mothxr and Reputante.

As Noisey points out, the Crewshade's debut album is slated to arrive in early 2016 and is expected to feature some "special guests." For now, though, the duo are introducing the world to their sound with a new video for "Show You How to Bop." The track is endearingly rough and raw — and when paired with the shaky, VHS-esque visuals, makes for a total throwback to '90s hip-hop.
