MEG Montreal Brings Out the Hacker, Agoria, Duchess Says for 2013 Edition
MEG Montreal has been bringing out global and homegrown performers to city venues since 1999, and organizers have now laid out the first batch of artists that will appear at this year's 15th anniversary edition.

The biggest reveal thus far is that MEG have confirmed a performance from France's the Hacker, though show specifics have yet to be unveiled. Also appearing at the fest, which runs July 25 to August 3, are Agoria, Para One, Duchess Says, Sexy Sushi and Sound Pellegrino Thermal Team. More artists will be announced in the months leading up to MEG.

While founded to promote "rhythmic electronic dance music," the fest has gone on to include pop, rock, hip-hop, world music and more. Taking place along the Boulevard Saint-Laurent, the event will bring over 70 artists to eight venues. It will be capped with a three-hour party on a boat travelling the Saint-Laurent River.

More info on MEG Montreal is expected to be revealed once the fest's new website goes live.
