Here at Exclaim!, anticipation for Canadian Music Week is growing, as we're learning about more and more exciting events that will be coming to Toronto from March 9 to 13. This includes the Agency Group showcase that will take place at the Supermarket on Friday (March 11).
The event will be headlined by the always wild and crazy Maylee Todd, who won us over with her eclectic debut Choose Your Own Adventure last year. If that's not enough reason to convince you to check out her live show, it's worth pointing out that she won the CBC Radio 3 Bucky Award for Sexiest Artist in 2010. Just saying.
Also on the bill are Mookie & the Loyalists, the Teasures, Lindi Ortega, Rebekah Higgs and Chris Velan.
Doors open at 7:30 p.m. and the music starts at 8 p.m. Maylee Todd will go on at 1 a.m., meaning that there will be more than five hours of music. All CMW wristbands will be accepted.
