We've still got a while to go before summer is officially upon us, but the video for Matt Mays' new single, "Indio," offers a tantalizing glimpse into the sunny months ahead.
The song is an upbeat roots rock anthem from last year's Coyote, available through Sonic/Warner Bros. While it takes its title from a California city (notable for hosting the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival), the video was actually shot in Costa Rica. It shows Mays hanging out on a sunny beach and includes lots of surfing, bikinis and waves before culminating in a rowdy bonfire and, ultimately, a sweaty rock show at a club.
