Endlessly adorable couple and synth-heavy pop punk band Matt and Kim recently announced that their third album was complete, and would likely be hitting shelves this fall. At the time, the record didn't have a name (after their label rejected the proposed title Deluxe). The duo have now rectified that problem, revealing the album's title and release date.
The record is called Sidewalks and will be out on November 2 via the FADER Label. That's a long time to wait, but fear not: Matt & Kim will release the album's lead single, "Cameras," on Tuesday (August 31).
In addition to their new album busyness, the duo will team up for a North American tour this fall. As previously reported, the trek will take them to Vancouver, Toronto and Montreal. If you live there, don't miss this opportunity to watch the couple grin at each other while they play their sugary pop songs. It's really not as irritating as it sounds.
