Tokyo Police Club are a couple of months out from releasing the 10th anniversary reissue of their 2010 sophomore record Champ, and today, they've offered up another cut from the release in the form of a remix by Matt & Kim.

The Brooklyn duo have shared their take on Champ track "Gone." As TPC's Graham Wright explained in a statement, Matt & Kim's relationship to the band goes way back, so it was only fitting to include their work on Champ's re-release.

He explained:

Matt and Kim were one of the first 'band friendships' we ever made, way back at our first SXSW when we were all just kids with busted gear and more energy than sense (that last part might still be true). Every time our paths have crossed since I've been blown away by how they manage to, like, bottle their exuberance and joy, and even though sharing a stage with them is incredibly intimidating, our 2018 tour with them was one of the most fun we've ever been on. So we figured that, as long as we're looking back fondly on the last 10 years, we might as well invite them to get in on the action!

Previously, Tokyo Police Club shared a never-before-heard Champ outtake titled "Hundred Dollar Day," which will be available as a bonus transparent 7-inch single. The 10th anniversary edition of the album will arrive on March 5 through Dine Alone Records/Mom + Pop. Physical copies are available for pre-order here
