Matador Recruits Superchunk, Cheap Time's Jeffrey Novak, Royal Headache for 2013 Singles Series
Last holiday season, Matador Records rolled out its talent-packed 7-inch subscription series for 2012. Now, the label's so-called Singles Going Home Alone is coming back for another year.

While the previous series consisted of six separate 7-inches (plus a bonus seventh disc), the 2013 edition has upped the ante by offering one single for each month of the year. There will also be a bonus 7-inch at the end of the series (making for 13 singles in all), plus a yet-to-be-announced container to house all of the vinyl.

Among the artists already confirmed for the new series are Superchunk (with an original track, plus a SS Decontrol cover), Cheap Time's Jeffrey Novak, Royal Headache, Cian Nugent, Bits of Shit, and a split between Lower Plenty and Dick Diver. The final seven singles have yet to be confirmed. See the currently confirmed schedule below.

For Canadian fans, a subscription costs $95 U.S., including shipping. There will only be 750 available, so sign up here.
