A 31-year-old man in Zaragoza, Spain was arrested earlier this morning (December 21) for allegedly leaking a demo of Madonna single "Give Me All Your Love" last month.

A statement from the police explains that the man, who they've identified only through the initials J.M.R., was charged and then released, Reuters reports. The "Madonnaleaks"investigation started up in November after the demo of "Give Me All Your Love" made its way onto the web.

As previously reported, Madonna's manager Guy O'Seary revealed his, not to mention Madge's, disappointment at the time, tweeting "Madonna told me this morning 'my true fans wouldn't do this.' Whoever is responsible for this leak, we ask that you please stop!"

The investigation traced the leak back to Spain, and police revealed they found recordings of the song while searching the suspect's home. He is described as being a Madonna fan.

In other news, it's now being rumoured that Sia will appear on the album on a ballad called "Trust." Other guests on the album include M.I.A. and Nicki Minaj. Madonna's as-yet-untitled LP will arrive sometime next year through Universal Music Group.
