Diplo-led dancehall combo Major Lazer previously promised that a new EP would be on the way in 2014, and sure enough, the group have confirmed that Apocalypse Soon will arrive on February 25 through Mad Decent/Secretly Canadian.
As promised, the mini-collection includes some notable cameos, with each of the five songs featuring a guest. Most notably, Pharrell Williams is on the opening cut "Aerosol Can," while Sean Paul pops up on the second cut, "Come on to Me." This EP follows Major Lazer's 2013 album Free the Universe, plus their Lazer Strikes Back remix series, which recently ended with its sixth and final instalment.
