Montreal electronic outfit Majical Cloudz issued their 2012 EP Turns Turns Turns through buzzed-about hometown label Arbutus Records, but the project have now announced that their next outing will be issued by the esteemed Matdor Records.
News of the signing comes via a press release, which confirms that songwriter Devon Welsh and producer/live collaborator Matthew Otto's debut Matador full-length will come out sometime this spring.
While new tunes have yet to arrive, the band recently filmed a live performance of the outsider R&B track "Turns Turns Turns" for Yours Truly, which you can see down below. Also, as previously announced, Majical Cloudz head out on the road next month with Autre Ne Veut for some North American dates. You can see the schedule, which includes stops in Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver, below.
