Mac DeMarco continues reaching new career heights thanks to the revival of his beloved new album This Old Dog. The Canadian croon rocker made his network television debut on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon last night (June 9), and he met some big-time celebs along the way.
As you'll see in the below video, a particularly disheveled Fallon introduced Mac, saying that he believes This Old Dog is going to win some awards. (Is Jimmy Fallon on the Polaris jury?)
From there, Mac and his bandmates delivered a pitch-perfect rendition of the sultry single "Another Love Song."
Of course, it wouldn't be a Mac DeMarco adventure without something absolutely ridiculous happening. Mac posed for a photo with WWE champ John Cena, who was also on the show. Adding a deliciously meta layer, Mac also wore a t-shirt depicting him hanging out with Cena throughout the show.
