Pop miscreant Mac DeMarco has yet to announce a proper follow-up to his breakthrough 2 LP. After sharing "A Little Bit of Pussy" with us, however, further clues leading to a new album have arisen.
In an interview with Alberta radio station CKUA [via Chart Attack] earlier this year, DeMarco revealed that his new album will be called Salad Days. Introducing a new song called "Treat Her Better," DeMarco said, "It's coming out in April, but I'm not supposed to say that."
However, it should be noted that Mac has also floated the titles 3 and Eddie's Dream for the new album, so it's unclear which he'll actually use in the end.
Along with an acoustic performance on CKUA of the aforementioned "Treat Her Better," DeMarco also let loose the new songs "Salad Days" and "Let Her Go."
