Mötley Crüe played their final show on New Year's Eve 2015, but they could be reuniting for another run of shows next year.

According to Rolling Stone, the band will hit the road for a tour with Def Leppard and Poison in 2020 — despite signing a "cessation of touring agreement" prior to their farewell tour throughout 2014 and 2015 that would prevent the band from playing further live shows.
"Legally, we can't play again," bassist Nikki Sixx told Rolling Stone in 2014. "The only loophole is if all four band members agreed to do it, we could override our own contract. But we know that will never happen. There are people in this band who will refuse to ever do it again, and you're talking to one of them. There is no amount of money that would ever make me do it again because I have such pride in how we're ending it."
He added, "And if we did agree, the way we've set it up — including this conversation right now — we'd have so much egg on our face. We have so much pride that that alone would stop it."
It doesn't even sound like things ended on a happy note back in 2015, as drummer Tommy Lee revealed that he didn't say goodbye to his bandmates, and Sixx unfollowed him on Twitter shortly after.
Nevertheless, the band reunited to record music for Netflix biopic The Dirt, and everyone — even Lee and Sixx — rekindled their friendship.
Mötley Crüe, Def Leppard and Poison have yet to officially announce any tour dates, but stay tuned to see if a reunion tour actually happens.
