Following last year's Indian Summer EP, Toronto singer Lyon went on to release a string of covers, but now she's back to making original music with "Cut Me Loose."
This is the first single from a forthcoming album on Black Box Music, due out in early 2015. It follows in the synth-pop vein heard on Indian Summer, as it builds up from the boppy electronic bubbliness of its verses to a thumping, guitar-boosted chorus.
