As the year starts winding down, Lucy Dacus has shared yet another track from her 2019 EP. The penultimate holiday track is a cover of "Last Christmas."
Originally recorded by Wham!, the track has been given plenty of revamps over the years, and Dacus has put her own angry spin on it.
"I don't really like Christmas," she said in a statement. "In the studio, we listened to the original of 'Last Christmas' and didn't talk about an arrangement. I just told everyone to play it angry. This is what happened first take. It actually came out pretty fun, maybe a tad psychotic."
