London Grammar Postpone North American Tour

BY Gregory AdamsPublished Oct 21, 2014

If you were looking forward to catching British trio London Grammar in concert next month, the band regret to inform you that the North American shows have been postponed. Luckily, the outfit won't leave you hanging for very long, as they've rebooked the concerts in support of If You Wait for the new year.

A press release issued today (October 21) notes that the "unavoidable scheduling conflicts" are the reason behind the postponed appearances, though the specifics behind the move have been kept under wraps. The band had been booked to play Montreal's Club Soda on November 18 and the next night at Toronto's Danforth Music Hall.

Rather than flat-out cancel the trip, the chunk of North American dates has now been bounced to the new year, with the events rolling out in January and February. The trip now kicks off in Canada, with the acts moving into larger shows space in Toronto (Sound Academy) and Montreal (Olympia).

You'll find the updated schedule, which still has London Grammar supported by Brit unit Until the Ribbon Breaks, down below.

"We apologize to all of our fans for any inconvenience caused and look forward to seeing you in January and February 2015 for what we hope will be a very special tour," London Grammar said in a statement.
