"Drive-in" concerts are being organized both in Canada and the United States in hopes of creating stability for touring artists affected by COVID-19, and Live Nation has now unveiled a car-centric concert series of its own.

Today, the promotional giant lifted the curtain on its "Live from the Drive-In" series, set to take place this July in Nashville, St. Louis and Indianapolis.

Featuring Brad Paisley, Nelly, Jon Pardi, Darius Rucker, El Monstero and Yacht Rock Revue, the series of shows will "reimagine the live music experience" in allowing attendees "to enjoy concerts from your own individual tailgating zone."

As Live Nation's accompanying diagrams show, "Live from the Drive-In" will require vehicles to space out to ensure concertgoers respective tailgating areas "about the size of a 2 car garage." Tickets will allow one vehicle to enter with up to four people.

Unlike how drive-in movie theatres use car radios for audio transmission, "Live from the Drive-In" will feature "large LED screens and speakers throughout the event so you can enjoy the show from any location on the lot."

All venue staff are required to wear masks, though concertgoers are exempt when in their assigned tailgate area. Live Nation asks "guests to wear masks if leaving their space to use the restroom facilities."

Further ticketing and show information can be found here.

Last week, Live Nation came under fire for changing policies surrounding artist payment, cancellations and more for 2021.
