Following the breakout success of their massive "Pumped Up Kicks" single and self-titled EP, Los Angeles-based pop rock unit Foster the People are finally delivering on the hype with their debut full-length album Torches. The album doesn't hit stores until later this month, but the whole thing is available to stream in our Click Hear department.
