Well, it's finally here. Those with their ears to the ground have long been anticipating the release of Cee Lo Green's The Lady Killer, and the wait is now over. After the incredible worldwide popularity of "Fuck You" and a handful of leaked tracks, the Cee Lo camp pushed up the release of the album, and with some of the slickest production, smoothest vocals and infectious beats around, it's sure be on many critics' top-ten lists this year.

Cee Lo releases The Lady Killer on Tuesday (November 9) via Elektra Records, but you can listen to it here, where it will be streaming all week in Canada on Exclaim.ca.

Cee Lo's touch has been in demand in the hip-hop community for years now. Starting out as a founding member of Goodie Mob, he has worked as a successful songwriter and producer, collaborating with some of the biggest names in music. Along with pursuing his solo project, he also combined forces with Danger Mouse as Gnarls Barkley, whose 2006 single "Crazy" received international acclaim and was deemed "Song of the Decade" by Rolling Stone.

And with The Lady Killer, his first solo work in six years, Cee Lo's looking to keep the success coming. "Fuck You," the first single from the album was released to enormous global popularity. Mixing a simple message of catharsis that we can all relate to with silky-smooth vocals and a down and dirty Motown-tinged Southern soul sound, the song became an anthem for many, earning it millions of YouTube hits and some surprising cover versions.

With 14 tracks, The Lady Killer tells the story of Cee Lo's musical progression. It moves from the danceable disco sound of "Bright Lights, Bigger City" to the soulful timeless throwback "Old Fashioned" and even to an emotionally authentic cover of "No One's Gonna Love You" by Band of Horses.

Listen for yourself: The Lady Killer will be streaming on Exclaim.ca until November 15.
