Following the tragic news that Linkin Park singer Chester Bennington took his own life at age 41, the band have now officially cancelled their "One More Light World Tour."
The news arrived this afternoon (July 21) via a press release from promoter Live Nation.
It states: "We are incredibly saddened to hear about the passing of Chester Bennington. The Linkin Park One More Light North American Tour has been cancelled and refunds are available at point of purchase. Our thoughts go out to all those affected."
The trek was due to kick off later this month and make Canadian stops in Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver. You can see all the affected dates here.
Earlier today (July 21), a coroner confirmed that Bennington's cause of death was suicide by hanging.
