The intro skit finds Allen lying down on an operating table for a round of lipo, with a sleazy manager crestfallenly wondering how his star apparently let herself go — a ticked-off Allen reminds him that she's had two babies over the years.
Once the track kicks in, she sing-talks about hitting the studio again and delivers pointed barbs at naysayers and tabloid hounds ("I don't need to shape my ass for you, 'cuz I've got a brain"). Eventually the vid cuts to a sarcastic set of scenes, from the singer being surrounded by a bunch of jiggling backup dancers, undertaking sexy photo shoots in gold-plated kitchens and pouring out champagne near some expensive whips. All the while, Allen notes: "It's hard out here for a bitch."
