Lil Wayne is currently in the process of suing Cash Money Records, but now Weezy has become the target of a separate and very different lawsuit. TMZ reports that the rapper is being sued by his former tour bus driver who claims false imprisonment, assault and emotional distress.

Mark Jones drove Wayne's bus during his 2014 summer tour. During a stop near Buffalo at the beginning of the tour, Jones alleges that he pulled over to get gas at around 11:30 p.m., but Wayne became angry and Jones resumed driving without filling up the vehicle.

Wayne then apparently continued his rant, threatening to "whip [Jones'] ass" and kill him. According to documents obtained by TMZ, Wayne allegedly cocked a gun at close range and demanded to be taken to the hotel immediately. The subsequent 30-minute ride was conducted in silence.

Wayne has previously served a year in prison stemming from a weapons charge.
