Lil Wayne Drops Hints About Long-Anticipated Rebirth Album, Says It Might Be a Double

There are a number of possible reasons why Lil Wayne hasn't yet released his experiment with rap rock, Rebirth. Besides the fact that lead single "Prom Queen" is nearly unlistenable, the kooky rapper has also had two sons with two different women since last October, with a third (from a third mother) on the way. Fortunately, Wayne took a break from his daddy daycare duties to open up about his upcoming projects.

While the rumours were flying that Rebirth might come bundled as a bonus disc with Tha Carter IV, Wayne recently told the BBC that it's simply not the case. "[My record label is] pushing for that," he said. "I ain't trying to give it to them like that. It won't be given like that, trust me. It won't be given like that. Tha Carter IV deserves Tha Carter IV and that's that."

Instead, there's a chance that the Rebirth record will come bundled with the anticipated Young Money All-Stars compilation, Wayne said.

All three records were scheduled for release before the end of the year but with no concrete details, Wayne is just as likely to father a child or two before they see the light of day.
