Leon Bridges Details His 'Good Thing' LP
After teasing us with two new singles earlier this week, Leon Bridges has fleshed out the details of his upcoming sophomore record Good Thing.

In addition to previously released album openers "Bet Ain't Worth the Hand" and "Bad Bad News," the rest of the 10-song tracklist has now been unveiled. See the full list of song titles down below. You can also see the album's newly revealed cover art above.

The record was executive produced by Ricky Reed (Maroon 5, Pitbull, Robin Thicke), who pushed Bridges to embrace unexpected influences on the new songs. Ready to move away from the throwback soul sound he quickly became known for, Bridges tapped into the '90s R&B and trap music he loves listening too — not just Motown.

"I felt I was pigeonholed," Bridges tells Exclaim!, reflecting on his 2015 debut Coming Home. "I made that album because it was reflective of where I was at the time, but that sound doesn't all the way define me. It's one of those things where if you go too deep down that hole, you kinda become this novelty thing. I wanted to share my voice through other outfits, so it's not only a classic R&B thing."

If you need a refresher on the singer's new sound, revisit "Bet Ain't Worth the Hand" and "Bad Bad News" below.

Good Thing is due out on May 4 via Columbia. Read more of Exclaim!'s newly published interview with Bridges about the new album here.
