The name of the Legendary Pink Dots' "Year 33 Tour" is fairly self-explanatory, as the long-running experimental rock band will be crossing the continent in celebration of more than three decades in the business.
The North American outing comes hot on the heels of the outfit's latest record, this year's The Gethsemane Option. The trek will run for a little more than a month from mid-September to mid-October, in which time the band will start on the West Coast, head to the eastern part of the continent, and then travel through the American South before ending up back by the Pacific.
Most of the shows are in the U.S., but they will head to Canada for gigs in Vancouver (September 14), Toronto (September 23) and Montreal (September 25). See the schedule below.
