Published Jul 20, 2009Remember when LCD Soundsystem released the hippest work-out soundtrack ever for Nike's Original Run series? The long track, titled 45:33, was a definite James Murphy highlight in 2007, and now, it will get the remix treatment over a series of upcoming 12-inches.
According to NME, this summer will see a series of 12-inch records drop with different remixes of 45:33. Involved with the project are Runaway, Prince Language, Prins Thomas, Theo Parrish, Trus' Me, Padded Cell, Pilooski and Riley Reinhold.
If you can't deal with the task of collecting all the records, a full-length remix album featuring all the tracks will be dropping on September 15. As we previously mentioned, Murphy is also hard at work on his follow-up to 2007's Sound of Silver, which is expected for an early 2010 release.
